Aarushi murder case: CBI zero in Talwars
A month has passed since the 14-year-old Aarushi’s murder but neither Noida Police nor the ongoing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has brought any kind of clue to crack the Arushi-Hemraj double murder case. Nupur Talwar, wife of prime accused Rajesh Talwar.
Reportedly, the CBI could arrest Nupur Talwar due to inconsistence in her statement contradicting her husband’s and compounder Krishna’s account, who were present in the house on that very fateful night. Meanwhile, the probe agency has booked another person, a servant of a neighbour for questioning.
Earlier for last two days, the CBI has been conducting extensive raids and questioning in Durani, Talwar and Krishan’s residence. The entire L-Block in Noida Sector 25, Jalvayu Vihar, where Dr Rajesh Talwar's house is located was cordoned off by the investigating agency.
The narco-analysis test of Krishna resulted nothing concrete but CBI has got an extended custody of the compounder to carry on its investigation. The agency on Sunday again questioned Rajkumar, domestic help of Duranis –close friends of Talwars.
Despite conducting a series of lie-detector test, the question- who killed Aarushi and Hemraj, and what was the motive still remains unanswered. Everyone is very anxious to know each and every twist and turn in the case, which certainly puts more and more pressure to come out with the real culprit as soon as possible.
However, the inability of Noida police in protecting, preserving and recovering evidence from the crime site has put the federal agency under tight spot, who is now acting in every possible direction to get new clues that can direct them to the end. On its way, the investigating agency may also conduct a psychological analysis test on Dr Talwar's family friend Anita Durrani, who is also a dentist.
CBI’s most worrying part from the very beginning of the probe is to dig out the murder weapons and Arushi and Hemraj's missing mobile phones, which is yet to be made.
