Aarushi murder case: Compounder arrested, Talwar's Bail Plea rejected
After much ups and downs, CBI has at last arrested Dr. Rajesh Talwar's compounder Krishna for the murder of Talwar's 14 year old daughter Aarushi. He was subjected to a lie detector test on Monday in Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL). The compounder was said to be close to Talwar's domestic help Hemraj. As per the report from various sources, Hemraj shared the secrets of the family with him and also told him that his life was in danger.

The lie detector configured some “insincere” and contradictory piece of statements during Krishna's interrogation. After a six-hour lie detector test, the agency claimed of obtaining some “incriminating rules” against him from the room of Hemraj.
The investigation revealed the presence of three people being present in Hemraj's room on May 15, the night of the murder. It further says that one of the three persons was Krishna, the other was Dr. Rajesh, and the identity of the third person is yet unknown. These surprising revelations have further jumbled up the case and the dual murder now seems to have dual murderers as well.
Although Noida police arrested Aarushi's father, Dr. Rajesh Talwar as the prime accused, CBI is still treating him only as a “suspect”. The bail plea of Dr. Talwar was rejected on Tuesday in the Ghaziabad court.
Aarushi was found murdered in her Noida residence on May 16 morning with her throat slit. Police in initial investigation declared the house servant Hemraj as the prime accused but found his dead body in the terrace of the same home a day later. The Noida police afterwards arrested Rajesh Talwar, father of Aarushi, on May 23. However, after the transfer of case to Central Investigation Case, Talwar is now only treated as a suspect and not the prime one.
