Published by the Publication Division of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Yojana, a premier monthly, carries the message of socio-economic development to the people is now available on line. The government on Monday launched its website www.yojana.gov.in viewing the growing number of young internet users.

Published in 12 Indian languages, the publication is one of the best sources of meaningful discussion on socio-economic issues and government developmental policies as a whole. Yojana is published in Bengali, Tamil, Assamese, Malayalam, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Urdu, Kannada, Punjabi and Oriya. Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Smt. Yojana is also working on digitisation of its entire archives spanning to 51 years of glorious publication. After completion of the digitisation process, almost entire story of independent India’s economic resurgence, beginning from foundation stone-laying to its growing into a sound economy, capable to withstand any global economic upheaval, will be at the fingertips of users/readers.
