Pregnancy turned Ashlee Simpson into 'full fledged woman', says dad

Washington, Nov 8 (ANI): Mum-to-be Ashlee Simpson has grown-up from the moment she learned that she was pregnant, says her dad.

Joe Simpson revealed that his daughter turned into a full fledged women the moment she learnt that she was expecting her first child with hubby Pete Wentz.

"The day she found out she was pregnant, she became a woman," People quoted Joe, as saying."She's concerned about what she eats and how she prepares for the child and [details like], is the baby's room 'green' enough?

"It's a transformation you never expect as a parent - you pray for it, but never expect it. She's ready for this baby!" he added.

Even the 'Fall Out Boy' bassist is leaving no stone unturned to ensure his child's room is just right.

"Pete is the king of details, so he wants to make sure the baby's room is just right - the right colors, the right sheets, the right look," Simpson gushes.

"He's a great parent," Joe added.

However, the only one not ready for the newborn is Joe himself

He says, "I am too young to be a grandpa! But I am excited," he added.(ANI)
