New Delhi, Nov 7 (IANS) Some people wear their heart on their sleeves, but Delhi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator Vijay Jolly does so on his car number plate.
Go no far than the number plate of his Scorpio SUV to realise the ultimate dream of the man -- DL 2F CM 0006. After all, he is the man chosen by the BJP to take on Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in the New Delhi constituency.
Jolly, who has been in politics for over three decades, admits he is a dreamer.
