Taiwan stocks open lower after Wall Street tumble

Taipei, Nov 7 (DPA) Taiwan stocks opened lower Friday following two days of sharp declines on Wall Street.

Shortly after the stock market opened, the benchmark TAIEX index plunged 203.61 points, or 4.34 percent, to 4,490.51 points.
