Indian Mujahideen claims hand for Jaipur blasts
In a latest development in the Jaipur serial blast occurred on Tuesday evening a very little-known terrorist organisation Indian Mujahideen has claimed to mastermind the attack targeting the tourist business of the Pink City.
The militant outfit claimed this in an e-mail with video footage to a media organisation.

Interestingly they also claimed responsibility of last year’s serial bomb blast in Uttar Pradesh on November, 2006.
The e-mail came from the ID guru_alhindi_jaipur@yahoo.co.uk features three video footage showing a cycle containing a bag on the rear seat, which it said was packed with explosive and giving details of a blast occurred at Choti Chaupad, Jaipur.
Meanwhile, the special investigation officials and Uttar Pradesh police have detained a cyber café owner for questioning from where the e-mail was originated claiming responsibility of the attack.
On Wednesday evening, the Jaipur police had released a sketch of a person suspect to be involved in the blast, but no such arrest has been made so far.
A series of at least seven bomb blasts in the pink city of Jaipur, Rajasthan left at least 65 dead and over 200 injured on Tuesday (May 13) evening. All seven blasts took place within a span of 15 min in the walled city at different places, while one bomb was disabled by the bomb disposal squad.
Crowded market places were made the target, where bombs were warped in plastic bags and tied to bicycles.
This is the first such bomb blast in the most popular tourist destination and the state capital of Rajasthan and the second biggest bomb blast in the state after the blast at Ajmer Sharif shrine on Oct 11, 2007 killing at least two pilgrims and wounding 17 others.
The city police which had imposed curfew in Jaipur on Wednesday have also extended it for Thursday from morning 9 am till evening 6 pm with tight vigil.
In a similar manner on November 23, 2007, at least 13 people were killed in a serial blasts outside courts of three major north Indian cities: Lucknow, Varanasi and Faizabad of the state Uttar Pradesh within a span of 25 minutes. These bombs were too planted in bicycles placed in civil court premises.
