New Delhi, Nov 6 (IANS) It was a sight to see though few could as it came in the middle of the night -- dejected ticket-seekers indulging in a free-for-all at the Congress headquarters here.
Many ticket-seekers from Rajasthan were camping here for a couple of weeks. When they did not find their names in the candidates' list, they lost their cool and were after Mukul Wasnik, the party general secretary in charge of the state.
Congress sources said it happened past Tuesday midnight. The fight was in particular over the Ajmer constituency. But better sense prevailed soon and matters were brought to a peaceful conclusion.
