Himachal chief minister to attend seminar in US

Shimla, Oct 4 (IANS) New Delhi-based The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) has invited Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal to participate in a two-day seminar on environment to be held in the US from Nov 18, an official statement here said Tuesday.
The invitation to Dhumal has been extended by TERI's director-general R.K. Pachauri.
The seminar is being organised by California Governor Arnold Schawzeneger in which delegates from across the globe will participate.
