DLF second quarter net slumps Rs.1,276 mn
New Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) Realty major DLF's net profit has declined to Rs.6,390 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, as against Rs.7,666 million for the same period last year.
Total income has increased to Rs.13,628.60 million for this quarter against Rs.12,822.6 million for the corresponding period last fiscal.
The consolidated net profit for the quarter has done down to Rs.19,353.5 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, as against Rs.20,185.5 million for the corresponding period last fiscal.
Total income has increased from Rs.33,492.4 million for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2007 to Rs.38,401.6 million for the second quarter this year.
The BSE Real Estate index has slumped more than 84 percent in 2008, sharper than a 52 percent fall in the main index. DLF's shares has lost nearly 80 percent in 2008.
