Eminem says he has 'no desire' to be big again
London, October 21 (ANI): Eminem, who's been missing from the musical scene for the last four years, has revealed that he has 'no desire' to repeat his early career success.
The rapper, who is set make his comeback with the new album 'Relapse', told RJ Zane Lowe that he hasn't recorded his tracks keeping fame in mind but he just wanted 'to remind people how I rap.'
"There's no desire to be that big again. Whatever happens, I'll take it, but that's definitely not what I'll be recording the songs for," the BBC quoted him as saying in the interview broadcasted on Radio 1.
The real Slim Shady, originally born as Marshall Mathers, further added that he was proud of what he had done before his 'retirement' since 2005.
The rapper said: "I've accomplished enough with the music that I haven't had to go out there and do other things to over-saturate.
"That's probably what I take pride in most.
"But, at the end of the day, it's kind of catch 22. I love the attention but I don't like too much of it." (ANI)
