New York, Oct 19 (IANS) Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg has developed an unlikely friendship with director Martin Scorsese because they share a passion for gangster movies and mobster fashion.
After working together in the Oscar-winning film "The Departed", the duo will again collaborate - this time on a new TV series, "Boardwalk Empire", set in the 1920s, reports contactmusic.com.
Wahlberg revealed that Scorsese knows everything there is to know about gangster culture and he's very impressed with the director's 'encyclopedic knowledge'.
