Sriskandarajah, Kesvan register wins in National Racing championship

Chennai, Oct 12 (IANS) The experienced Sriskandarajah of Team ANYA and newcomer Sudhakar Kesvan recorded a victory apiece on a truncated day's programme due to inclement weather in the fourth round of the UCAL Rolon National Racing championship for two-wheelers at the MMST track here Sunday.

Riding in Group D (4 Stroke, 165cc class), Sriskandarajah won the first race convincingly while the second outing was postponed due to rains. Kesavan took the honours in the Intermediate section which too was truncated as the rains became heavier, leading to many of the participants skidding off the track.

Group D (4 stroke 165cc - 5 laps): Experts (Race 1) - 1. Sriskandarajah; 2. K.Rajani; 3. Harry Sylvester.

Intermediate class: Race 1 - 1. Sudhakar Kesavan; 2. V Sameer; 3. Emmanuel Clarke.
