Gerard Butler in trouble for hitting photographer
London, Oct 9 (IANS) A photographer alleges that actor Gerard Butler kicked him and now the police is investigating the matter.
Tmz.com reports Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the case and have spoken to witnesses, but they are giving different views. Some claim the photographer was following Butler for hours and was apparently driving 'recklessly' while 'chasing' Butler's limo. He also reportedly hit several pedestrians.
But the photographer claims he did not put anyone in danger. He alleges Butler got out of the limo and hit him in the face, but he continued to follow him for more than an hour before he went to the hospital.
The agency for which the photographer works claims Butler hit him at 1:45 a.m. and was at the cop shop at 2:10 a.m. The photographer allegedly also spoke with a civil lawyer before he contacted the cops.
