Utsav Bhasin denied bail in BMW case
New Delhi, Oct 6 (IANS) A city court Monday rejected the bail plea of Utsav Bhasin, the 19-year-old son of a Haryana-based industrialist, who allegedly rammed his BMW car into a motorcycle, killing one person and injuring the other.
Utsav is presently in police custody.
Metropolitan Magistrate Ajay Goel rejected the bail plea, saying the investigations are in crucial stage and granting him the bail at this point of time would hamper the probe.
