Katie Price tightens security after kidnap threat

Washington, Nov 12 (ANI): Katie Price has tightened security at her home in Brighton to protect her and her family after receiving a kidnap threat.

The 32-year-old actress, who has three children, Harvey, nine, Junior, six, and Princess Tiaamii, four, from previous relationships, has ensured that her estate in South England, is completely secure for her family.

"I had another kidnap threat this year, quite a bad one," Contact music quoted her as telling Reveal magazine.

"My house is now like Inspector Gadget.com because I'm in the middle of 52 acres on my own.

"You name it, my house has got it, from all the gates into my property, cameras inside and out and panic buttons everywhere."

The TV star had also previously been the target of a kidnap threat in 2009.

Price, who is presently single after splitting with Leandro Penna, has asked friends to stay with her to make her feel safer.

"I've got Michelle Heaton and her husband Hugh staying with me at the moment," she added. (ANI)
