Kim Kardashian's pals mock Kris for 'chasing fame' after reports of split

Washington, Nov 1 (ANI): Kris Humphries has become the object of mockery among Kim Kardashian's pals who feel that the basketball player immediately started "chasing fame" after their split despite claims of wanting a to have a simple life with the socialite in Minnesota.

The 26-year-old old is said to have started talking about "branding" his name with cologne and nightclub appearances as soon as the possibility of a divorce surfaced, TMZ reported.

It has also been claimed that Humphries was pushing to keep his connection with his 31-year-old wife of 72 days going, even if they ended their marriage.

The basketball player is said to have put off Kardashian in particular by hiring a Hollywood publicist over the weekend to work on his image. (ANI)
