Men lead the way in socializing

London, Tue, 01 Nov 2011 ANI

London, Nov 1 (ANI): Men are likely to have more than twice as many friends as compared to women, a poll has found.

According to the poll conducted by cosmetics firm Nivea, the average male claims to have 26 mates as compared to females, who say they have a network of 12 close friends.

The survey also found that people tend to have their biggest friendship circle at the age of 21.

"The age of 21 is critical and that's why we've so many friends then," the Daily Star quoted Geoff Beattie from Manchester University as saying. (ANI)
