Islamabad, Oct 26(ANI): Senator Syed Dilawar Abbas, Patron of the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), has congratulated Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and his Indian partner, Rohan Bopanna, for winning the Stockholm Open doubles final.
Aisam has once again made Pakistan proud by winning the doubles title, The Nation quoted Senator Dilawar, as saying.
Dilwar expressed the hope that Aisam would continue to bring laurels for the country in the future, too.
On Sunday, Qureshi and Bopanna had won the Stockholm Open doubles, their second ATP doubles title of the season and third overall together.
The Indo-Pak Express defeated their Brazilian opponents- Marcelo Melo and Bruno Soares- in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3 in a match that barely lasted an hour. (ANI)
