Parachinar (Pakistan), Oct 19(ANI): Pakistani security forces have killed six militants and wounded several others in Kurram tribal region.
The casualties occurred when security forces destroyed at least two suspected insurgent hideouts in central Kurram's Asteergate area, the Dawn reports.
It is difficult to independently verify reports since access to Pakistan's tribal region is restricted.
The Pakistan Army has been fighting militants in the tribal region, parts of which have been cleared of insurgents. (ANI)
