Los Angeles, Oct 2 (IANS) Popular talk show host Oprah Winfrey's mom is refusing to pay a bill of $155,000 to a clothing store.
Tmz.com reports that Winfrey's mother Vernita Lee claims she shouldn't have to pay the gigantic bill to Valentina, a boutique in Wisconsin, because they took advantage of her 'lack of knowledge... and/or capacity' when they opened the account.
Vernita Lee's lawyers claim that the store did not disclose the amount prominently enough.
