Melbourne, Oct 5 (ANI): Pop rocker Pink will be playing the role of a sex addict in new comedy movie 'Thanks for Sharing'.
The 32-year-old singer will play a free-spirited sex addict character named Dede in the movie, which also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins.
This will be the pop rocker's first movie in a leading role after her brief cameo in 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle'.
"[Pink] could not be a more ideal fit for this role," the Daily Telegraph quoted writer-director Stuart Blumberg as saying.
"She carries with her just the right combination of heart and edginess for the part of Dede, and we're incredibly excited to share her acting talent with audiences," he added. (ANI)
