London, Sep.20 (ANI): Leeds FC boss Simon Grayson has said that he would gladly trade another slice of Cup glory against Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United side for promotion to the Premier League.
Grayson's Yorkshire terriers stunned English football when, as a League One outfit, they went to Old Trafford and dramatically dumped Fergie's men out of the FA Cup 20 months ago.
They have the opportunity to rack up a repeat performance on Tuesday, when the Red Devils make the trek across the Pennines for a Carling Cup third round showdown at Elland Road, The Mirror reports.rayson declared: "For me, and everybody else at Leeds, the most important thing is getting this club back into the top flight so we can play the Manchester Uniteds of this world on a regular basis. That is what it is all about, that is our aim first and foremost."
He added: "There is a big rivalry between Leeds and Manchester United which goes back a lot of years, so any game against them must be high on our list of priorities because of what it means to our fans." (ANI)
