Carlos Santana wants to become church minister in future
London, Oct 5 (ANI): Mexican rock musician Carlos Santana has revealed that he would like to become a church minister after he retires from his music career.
The Award-winning guitarist, who revealed that it was his faith that saw him through the troubled times, has even chosen the place where he would like to start a church, Maui in Hawaii.

"I'm going to stop playing when I'm 67 and work on what I really want to do, which is to be a minister, like Little Richard," the BBC quoted the 61-year-old as telling the Rolling Stone magazine.
But even with his musical success, Santana wants to move on and explore other skills.
"I'm not sick of what I do, but I find that God gave me the gift of communication even without my guitar and with the ability to get people unstuck with certain sections of the Bible having to do with guilt, shame, judgment and fear," he said.
Where his faith was concerned, Santana spoke about the pain brought on by the recent divorce from his wife of 34 years and how his faith helped him get through it - and overcome thoughts of suicide.
"The thing I learned is, you have to go through the darkest night of the soul to get to the brightest light of the day, and that's what I did last year," he added.
For now, Santana is in the middle of his Live Your Light tour, which will conclude on October 12 in Concord, California, and along with the tour he is about to release a two-disc album entitled Multi-Dimensional Warrior. (ANI)
