Tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival go on sale six months early
London, October 4 (ANI): Music fans will be able to buy tickets for next year's Glastonbury Festival from tomorrow when the online booking opens.
The organisers decided to sell the tickets six months earlier than usual after witnessing slow sales for this year's event.
About 100,000 tickets for the five-day music festival will be available online tomorrow, and the rest will go on sale in April.

People can either pay the full amount of 175 pounds or just a 50-pound deposit for the tickets.
Each person can buy six tickets this time instead of the normal four.
It was the first time this summer that all the tickets for the event had failed to sell on the day of release since the late 1990s, for which the booking of controversial US rapper Jay-Z as the headline act and poor weather were blamed.
Organiser Michael Eavis hopes to avoid a repeat of this summer when 35,000 tickets only sold at the last minute.
"We have come up with a scheme that will allow people a much longer period to plan and pay for their tickets, while still continuing the battle against ticket touting," Times Online quoted him as saying. (ANI)
