London, Aug 2(ANI): British voters have delivered a scathing end-of-term report on the country's political leaders by comparing Prime Minister David Cameron and Leader of the Opposition Ed Miliband to snakes and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg to a sheep.
Participants in a YouGov poll for The Sun were asked which animal the three party leaders were most similar to.
The poll of over 2,500 voters found that Cameron was compared to a snake (23 percent), labrador (14 percent) or lizard (9 percent), Miliband to a snake (12 percent), labrador (11 percent) or mouse (10 percent) and Clegg to a sheep (17 percent), poodle (15 percent) or mouse (13 percent).
When asked if they deserve to go on holiday as a reward for their efforts over the last year, the favourite response for all three was "nowhere at all - get back to work!"
Just 33 percent of those questioned thought the Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition partners were working well together, compared to 52 percent in October.
Fifty-nine percent think they are working together badly, sharply up from the 39 percent recorded in October. (ANI)
