No doubt this actor has all the capabilities and proof that he is the most eligible contender among the stars like Shah Rukh Khan for Chak De, Akshay Kumar for Namaste London, Abhishek Bachchan for Guru and Shahid Kapur for Jab We Met competing in the Best Actor category.
Showing his disappointment over not being considered for the Star Screen Awards Darsheel said, “I should get the best actor award because I am playing the lead role in the film. If I had been nominated in the best actor category, I would have been happier and jumped higher with joy.”
The Filmfare Awards will be announced on February 24 the same day when Oscar will be announced, it will go live on Sony Entertainment Television.
Darsheel’s mentor Aamir Khan has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor and Director. TZP has also been nominated for best picture and lyrics award.
The dexterity of Darsheel while he played the character of dyslexic child is unarguable. Let him script his name with success by becoming the first child actor to win this award.
