India condemns senseless acts of violence in Norway

New Delhi, July 24 (ANI): India has deeply condemned Friday's twin attacks in Norway in which more than 92 people were killed.

 

"We are shocked and saddened by the attacks in Oslo and Utoya on 22 July 2011, which have led to loss of so many innocent lives and injuries to scores other. We condemn these senseless acts of violence," an Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) release said.

 

"The government and people of India stand with the people and the Government of Norway at this tragic juncture," the release adds. (ANI)
