Rawalpindi, July 24 (ANI): Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has submitted details of the moveable and immoveable property of former president General (retired) Pervez Musharraf before the Rawalpindi Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) number 3, in connection with the Benazir Bhutto murder case.

ATC Judge Shahid Rafique has been hearing the case at the Adiala Jail and has adjourned the hearing until August 10.

During Saturday's proceedings, the FIA told the court that the former president owned a 100 square yards plot in the Sanghar Housing Society located in Gwadar, whereas the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) had yet to provide the exact detail of Musharraf' property to the agency.

The court was also informed that the agency had written a letter to the DHA and General Headquarters (GHQ) to provide details about the former president's property, and it was waiting for a response, the Daily Times reports.

At the last hearing, the FIA told the court that Musharraf had no land in Rawalpindi and owned a farmhouse in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. He also owned some agricultural land in Kotha Kallan, Rawalpindi, which was in the name of his wife, Begum Sehba. (ANI)
