Washington, June 29(ANI): American golf legend Tiger Woods has said that he still does not know if he will play at The Open Championship, which begins on July 14 at Royal St George's, England.

Woods has been out of action since May with a knee injury and is remaining cautious.

"I will come back when I'm 100 percent. I don't know when that's going to be," The BBC quoted Woods, as saying.

"I'm just playing it by ear right now. I've not hit any balls yet. I want to be playing, but I'm not ready yet," he added.

The 35-year-old former World No.1, who has already had four surgeries on his left knee, has not won any tournament since the 2009 Australian Masters.

He has fallen to No.15 in the Official World Golf Ranking after holding the No.1 spot for a record 281 weeks. (ANI)
