Clooney wowed by ex Lisa Snowdon's Strictly Come Dancing performance

London, Sept 27 (ANI): American actor George Clooney is said to be smitten with his ex-girlfriend, English supermodel Lisa Snowdon, after watching her perform on Strictly Come Dancing.

The two have been good friends ever since they split up a long time ago, but it seems that the Tango Snowdon performed is pulling Clooney back to her.

Clooney, who has been single ever since splitting up with Sarah Larson in May, has gone so far as to send Snowdon flowers, cards and texts.

"Prior to the show starting, George sent Lisa a 'good luck' text'. It was the first time they'd had any contact for some time. Lisa was pretty amazed but assumed that would be the last of it," the Mirror quoted a source as saying.

"Instead, after the show George sent her another text, this one was along the lines of 'Wow!'" the source stated.

Rumours are rife that the 47-year-old actor might even turn up to watch his ex perform.

"Tomorrow Lisa and Brendan Cole are dancing the salsa and all eyes will be on them - including George's," the source said."He has promised to send a bouquet to her dressing room and the talk backstage is he may make a surprise appearance in London in the coming weeks.

"Now that he's single, gossip is spreading like wildfire that he wants to woo Lisa back.

"Obviously everyone is desperate for Lisa to stay in the competition - if only for a glimpse of George!" the source added. (ANI)
