Washington, Apr. 29 (ANI): AOL News will stop producing original content.
The news was first reported by Mediaite, which said the website will cease production of original editorial content and shift to using Huffington Post's content.
According to Politico, the move reveals more about the editorial stance between the two companies, which merged earlier this year in a 315 million dollar deal.
AOL laid off almost 900 employees last month, many redundant due to the fusing of two large media organizations.
But indications point to the AOL News page sticking around. (ANI)
