New Delhi, Oct 3 (ANI): The Union Cabinet today gave its approval for ratification of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Convention No. 142 to enhance skills of personnels.
The Cabinet would enable the country to enhance the skills of personnel, which in turn will contribute to greater employment, growth and increased productivity.

The convention, concerned with human resources development, was adopted at the 60th session of the International Labour Conference held in Geneva in 1975. (ANI)
