Lulu, Connery top 'Celebrities Whose Looks Have Improved With Age' poll
London, Sept 30 (ANI): Scottish pop star Lulu has topped a new poll of 'Celebrities Whose Looks Have Improved With Age'.
The singer, fast approaching 60, even beat fitness fanatic Queen of pop Madonna who is 50.
Lulu also saw off tough competition from Liz Hurley, 43, and X Factor host Danni Minogue, 36, chat show favourite Lorraine Kelly, 48, and former Countdown host Carol Vorderman, 47.
In the men's category, Sir Sean Connery, 78, has aged best, according to the survey of 1,000 people, which was conducted by Skinbliss shower lotion.
Rod Stewart, 63, Brad Pitt, 44, George Clooney, 47, and Johnny Depp, 45, also made the list.
"Our study proves that good genes and a healthy lifestyle go a long way to looking young," the Daily Express quoted marketing manager Bruce Furlonger, as saying.
"There's a lot to be said for how you feel on the inside, as quite a few of the 'better with age' celebrities have great inner confidence.
"Their biggest plus is that they aren't trying to turn the clock back with too much obvious plastic surgery or trying to dress like they did when they were in their Twenties," he added. (ANI)
