Looks like September 2016 is the lucky month for smartphone makers. Since the beginning of ths month, we have been coming across one smartphone after the other. There are so many in lines that it makes us forget the count even. The new flagships are rising high and making all efforts to impress the consumers.
First it was Samsung that came into light with its Samsung Galaxy Note 7; and the huge lineup of Galaxy devices it has up its sleeves. Then came the mighty, Apple, which stole the thunder from all with its glitzy iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. And while we thought that was it - we got information about other flagships as well. The smartphone battle is on its peak with Chinese's LeEco bringing another premium device - LeEco Le Pro 3 on September 21.
The web firm has been bantering over the launch of its new device and has also been taking digs at Apple for its iPhone series. LeEco's certified Weibo account gave out some teasers of the upcoming Le Pro 3, where it compared the new flagship with Apple's newly launched iPhone 7 Plus and termed it better in regards to battery, performance and originality.
Though the teasers are indistinct and don't really talk of Le Pro 3 but recently, there have been some leaked images that surfaced online which hint at the specifications of Le Eco Le Pro 3. These images have surfaced pretty ahead of the official launch, which is scheduled to take place on September 21. What The New Images Present?
As per the new images that have surfaced online, it becomes quite evident that LeEco Le Pro 3 will not bring in any massive change in terms of design; and is likely to keep the company's signature design intact. The device is said to be featuring metallic unibody design, with a unique mirror-surfaced fingerprint scanner located at the rear panel. It will have bigger camera module placed next to LED flash and antenna lines. At the bottom of the back panel you will find the LeEco's novel logo while its power and volume buttons have been located at its right end.
There have been two different images released where each has its own version of the device. As per one of the updates, LeEco Le Pro 3 is available in two dissimilar models, one with 5.5 inch Full HD Display and 2.5D glass, 64GB internal storage along with 6GB RAM. Other device comes with 5.7 inch 2k display with 256GB of internal storage complemented with an 8GB RAM.
Other picture states that LeEco Le Pro 3 device houses 5.5-inch HD display, extremely effectual fingerprint scanner, and three variants. Of the three variants, one model has 32GB internal memory with 4GB of RAM. Second one comes with 64GB internal storage with 6GB of RAM while its third model will have 128GB internal storage with 6GB of RAM.
Speaking of other specifications, it was revealed that all the three models are going to be backed by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. At the camera front, they are going to spot 16MP primary camera and 8MP front-camera for selfies. The variants would be supported by a massive 5,000mAh battery, which is what LeEco has been comparing with the new iPhones. The company has strong intentions of giving Apple a run of its money and it believes that LeEco devices are better than the iPhones.
