LeEco has been enjoying a good stature in the market, thanks to the decent performers the company rolled out in the recent times. Earlier known as LeTV, LeEco has been growing strong in the flagship race. It has been revealed that the smartphone maker is working on its next device; however, the company has still not revealed the name of the device.
And this has left us all guessing the name and everyone is expecting the device to name either LeEco Le 2s Pro alias Le 3 Pro alias Le Pro 3. Interestingly, the leak has revealed everything about the device except for the name of the smartphone.
It is expected that the device will be released sometime in next week or by the end of September for sure. Though the name has not been made clear by the Chinese company, but it's for sure that LeEco is indeed gearing up for a new smartphone launch. Predicting the release date of the smartphone, some sources have stated that LeEco will release the supposed device on September 21 in China.
Earlier the news had it that LeEco would release the device in question on September 7. But the date has long gone and we heard nothing of this sort. And now we have a new date to consider, which we believe will stand true. Anyways, as we said, apart from the name, we have all the other information about this new LeEco device; so let us here have a look at these specifications.
LeEco Flagship Specifications
As per the latest buzz coming from the market, the newest LeEco device in news is going to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor. It would be decked with 64GB internal memory along with a RAM of 6GB RAM. As for camera, it will have primary camera of 16MP, with 8MP front camera for selfies and would house 5,000mAh battery.
Talking of the display, it has been revealed that the device would have 5.5-inch HD display. It will also house fingerprint scanner, and would be available in three models in terms of storage. One of the variants will have 32GB internal storage with 4GB RAM, other one will have 64GB internal memory along with 6GB RAM, and the last one will be seen with 128GB internal storage and 6GB RAM.
As for processor, the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, and would run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.
The price and name of the device is yet to be known and we expect LeEco to unveil it before September 21. We can't really predict if the company is employing this as a marketing strategy and following that, we get to know every detail on the launch itself.
