New Delhi, Dec 1 (IANS) Ravindra Gupta on Thursday took over charge as Member, Rolling Stock, of Railway Board and ex-officio Secretary to the Union Government.
Gupta, who belongsto the 1975 batch of Special Class Apprentice (SCA), was General Manager of South Central Railway prior to his elevation.
During the course of his 36-year-long career, he held several executive and managerial positions on Indian Railways.
