In a bid to show its presence from back door, the Swaraj Abhiyan, the group founded by expelled AAP leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan is all set to support the honest independent candidate in the much hyped Bihar Assembly election to be scheduled in the last of the year.
According to the media reports, expelled AAP leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan, who has formed the group Swaraj Abhiyan has decided to support the honest independent candidates in the coming Bihar election.
Both the leaders have said that it will campaign against the 'corrupt and candidates with criminal background' in the coming election.
It has said that they will campaign against the corrupt, tainted and candidates with criminal background. Many candidates are notorious for their record and we will campaign against them.
However they have made it clear that thety won't be contesting the Bihar polls. But will certainly back candidates with a clean record. Many of these Independent candidates could be members of Swaraj Abhiyan. Their main criteria is to back clean candidates.
It is noted that the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP has announced its tactical support to JD(U) Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
