Moto E (Gen 2) from Motorola has been launched in India at a price tag of Rs .7999/- This phone is available for pre-order from Flipkart. The Flipkart is the exclusive online retail partner for this phone and users can now place pre-order through Flipkart website.
The expected release date for this phone is April 28 and all the the users who places the order on the Flipkart should get the phone soon after the release.
The 4G LTE variant of the phone will be available in the next two months.
The Moto E (Gen 2) comes with large display, more battery life and 2 times more built-in storage.
The two variants of the Moto E (Gen ) and Moto E (Gen 2) LTE phone is pre-installed with the Android 5.0.2 operating system.
The specification of the both these phones are identical except the processor. Moto E (Gen ) has quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC processor whereas Moto E (Gen 2) LTE is installed with the 64-bit quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC (with Adreno 306).
Both these phones comes with 4.5-inch qHD (540x960 pixel) display with a pixel density of 245ppi and it comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Glass is also further secured with anti-smudge coating.
Phone is available in Black and White, these can be pre-ordered from Flipkart website.
