Sampurna has started a Talk show on weekly basis to empower women to fight against depressions and mental problems. According to the convener of the project, a large number of women in Delhi are suffering from mental imbalances, sleeplessness and depressions. Sampurna has decided to intervene and assist. In this chain of supporting the women, Sampurna organized a talk session on "Happiness and Women" at Canara Apt, Sector-13, Rohini. The session was taken by Dr. Sanju Gambhir, Psychotherapist Counselor.
Dr. Sanju Gambhir, Psychotherapist Counselor had a get together with ladies to discuss on how we become happy in our routine life's. She addressed issues related to family and gave tips on how to overcome those very issues. It was a very healthy and interactive session that was well appreciated by one and all.
Dr Shobha Vijender, Founder President of Sampurna said that People work daily; they struggle to survive. Somehow they want to exist. However, they are not happy. The word happiness is like 'Greek' to people, as we say around here. However, worst of all is that they know this. But amid so much bitterness, it seems they do not lose the hope of achieving happiness one day without knowing how or in what way. She also encouraged them to take initiatives to mitigate their problems.
Usha Luthra, Nirmala, Chitra were also present and interacted with the psychotherapist. Members of Sampurna and ladies of Canara Apt thanked to Dr Sanju Gambhir, Psychotherapist Counselor. Tea and snacks were served at last.
