Here we introduce the Bollywood movie Queen which is released on 7th March, 2014.

Queen is a Bollywood comedy drama released this March that in the first few days itself prove to be a giant killer in the box office surpassing the popularity of blockbusters like Gulab Gang. Directed by Vikas Kohl the film is widely praised for great storytelling and superb acting performance. Dubbed as a coming of age film referring to the typical age group of elder teens who are going to enter youth, the film is based upon the revolting mindset of urban youth in the face of challenges lurking in the social traditions. Amit Trivedi has scored the music of the film and the script and story is co-written by director Vikas Bahl and Chaitally Parmar. The film received positive critical acclaim from the reviewers and media and as expected really made a good start at the box office. The film has been shoot in India and European cities such as Paris and Amsterdam.

Storyline

The film centers on an incidence of non-acceptance of marriage. Rani (Kangana Ranaut) refuses to be weighed down by the shocking news of her marriage being cancelled and goes on a honeymoon all by herself and the family members. Going abroad in European locations she rediscovers her identity and life in a new light. Queen is the tale of one person while facing the hardship and rejection in life not surrendering to the inevitable lamentation and irony.
