Washington, Mar. 25 (ANI): A sports channel has reportedly introduced magic horns that automatically change the channel to BeIN ahead of the FIFA World Cup that starts this summer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The South African plastic horns, vuvuzelas, that made the headlines in 2010 when they became an annoying distraction during the World Cup, are reportedly back with this year's World Cup with a technical twist that would auto change channels.
According to the Mashable, the BeIN website has explained that the Gamechanger vuvuzela includes a mini microphone that recognizes the instrument's unique sound and tells its 8-bit microchip to send an infrared signal to a user's cable box, commanding it to change the channel to beIN Sports.
BeIN has promised to provide users with updates on how to get the magic vuvuzelas if they fill out an online form, the report added. (ANI)
