Washington, March 24 (ANI): Veteran singer Aretha Franklin, who recently turned 72, celebrated her birthday with a star-studded party in New York City.
The 'I Say a Little Prayer For You' hit maker started her birthday celebrations by seeing Denzel Washington's Broadway play and then went to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Contactmusic reported.
The 71-year-old star was later joined by Washington, rapper Andre 3000, producer Babyface, who she is collaborating with for her new album, and record executive Clive Davis at the private bash. (ANI)
