"The job of the Delhi chief minister is very easy. The chief minister has no responsibilities. They just cut ribbons from morning to evening," Modi told a mammoth Bharatiya Janata Party rally here.
Modi said that the only thing required for Sheila Dikshit during any crisis is to search of scapegoat. She use to blame either Central government or Corporation for any troubles in the city.
Modi said the chief minister of Delhi did not have to look after critical areas like agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries . unlike other chief ministers.
If there were law and order problems in Delhi, the chief minister blamed the central government. And if the roads were in poor shape, the civic body run by the BJP was blamed, he added.
