University Grants Commission is going to re-conduct the UGC-NET exams again on September 8 2013 only for those candidates of Delhi and Ranchi, who could not appear in the UGC-NET exams held on 30th June, 2013.
However, the Roll Number and admit cards of the candidates will remain same or they can download it again from the University Grants Commission official web-site.
