South Delhi Municipal Corporation unveiled its dairy titled "Samvad" for the students in Municipal School. Chairman of Education Committee Satish Upadhayay formally inaugurated the dairy in front of eminent guest, media and students.
Satish Upadhayay said, SDMC is providing student’s dairy free of cost to all the students from Class Ist to Vth. It will provide an opportunity among the parents and teachers for better communication.
Satish Upadhayay said, SDMC is providing these dairies to all 3.43 lakh students of 588 schools in South Delhi. He said these types of initiative will help in establishing strong communication channels between parents, students and teachers. Provision for dairy was made in the budget proposal for financial year 2013-14.
SDMC will work on these types of initiatives in future also. Highlights of the dairy are attached herewith.
