'2Day FM' in soup on prank call which claimed Jacintha Saldanha's life

Sydney, November 7 (ANI): The 2Day FM has lost its bid to prevent the ACMA from looking into the infamous royal prank call last December that pushed Indian origin British nurse Jacintha Saldanha to commit suicide.

The judgment passed in the Federal Court ruled in favor of the Australian Communications and Media Authority, after the media watchdog published a preliminary report into the incident, which has not yet been made public, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
