Officer trainees of IAS 2012 Batch, Royal Bhutan Civil Services call on Ansari

New Delhi, Apr. 25 (ANI): The officer trainees of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of 2012 Batch and Royal Bhutan Civil Services called on Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari here on Thursday.

Vice President Ansari interacted with these officer trainees on various important socio-economic issues, including those concerned with the welfare of common people of our country. He wished them good success in their career.

171 officer trainees include 138 male and 33 female officer trainees. Out of 171 officer trainees, 74 are from engineering background; 26 from medical background; 17 from pure sciences background; 11 from management background; 29 from arts background; 4 from law background; 3 from commerce background; and 7 from other (MPhil and PhD) background.
