Amritsar, Mar. 31 (ANI): Veteran social activist Anna Hazare will begin his 'Janatantra Yatra' from Amritsar today to garner support against the Congress-led UPA Government's policies and push for a strong Lokpal bill.
Hazare on Saturday said the country can witness a change only through a mass movement.
"The public needs to be awakened and organised on matters like the Jan Lokpal Bill, Right to Reject. The country can witness a change only through a mass movement," said Hazare.
"If all crusaders come together on one platform, only then will change come in the country. Separately our power is scattered, but together we stand united," he added.
Hazare will address eight public rallies in Punjab during his five-day 'Janatantra Yatra' beginning. (ANI)
