Melbourne, March 25 (ANI): Majority of workers have admitted that they waste time every day while in office, a new survey has revealed.

US jobs website salary.com, which surveyed more than 1000 workers to find out what people do at work when they're not actually working, found that more than two thirds of respondents have revealed that they waste time every day while at work.

The survey found that 34 per cent said that they wasted 30 minutes or less each day, while 24 per cent said they wasted between 30 minutes and an hour, and 11 per cent said they wasted time for several hours, News.com.au reported.

The data found that 21 per cent said they only slacked off one or two times per week, and 10 per cent said they never wasted any time at all.

The survey also suggested that around 37 per cent of the respondents said that their most frequent time-wasting websites were news sites.
